Why Brass?
Brass Heater blocks are a cheaper alternative to be able to print at higher temperatures.
This Heater Block is developed to handle well above 500°c.

Additional information
To print high temp materials, your first step is obtaining a nozzle that can handle the temperatures required. We sell plated copper and hardened nozzles for a broad application.
Please note that if you are printing above 280°c available silicone socks will start to fail and it is recommended that you print without one.
