SAYER CNC "ready to build" BOM Kit for the Stealth Press by ICONIC LAB

We have spent some time putting together a Stealth Press kit that meets the standard of what you expect from SAYERCNC. 

Some key additions are custom HIWIN rails, genuine CNC Kitchen inserts and fasteners from SUNCO Japan. 

 Kit contains: 

• 1x HIWIN MGN12H 300mm Rail and Guide - Custom black oxide coated*
• 35x CNC Kitchen 3 x 5 x 4 Heat Set Inserts
• 44x SUNCO M3 x 8 Black Coated 304 SCHS Fasteners
• 3x SUNCO M5 x 25 Black Coated 304 SCHS Fasteners
• 1x KEY-BAK Super48 36" Ball Lock Retractable Keychain
• 5x F695-2RS Flanged Bearings
• 1x Rubber stopper (not part of official BOM but is a optional installable item)

*Please note due to the custom coating on the HIWIN parts, the HIWIN branded is harder to see, but still present. 

Spares are included in the hardware kit so leftover parts are expected. Please use official BOM or reference.

About Stealth Press

Stealth Press is a highly precise, mostly printed DIY heat set insert tool for generic, TS100/101, and Pinecil soldering irons.

There are multiple projects like this available for free download and build. Most of them rely on Misumi standard 2020 or 4020 extrusions to provide precision which adds extra cost, time, and complexity to the build.

Stealth Press build relies on precision provided by 300mm MGN12H linear rail instead which provides a stable spine to build every other component around it.

Integrated, printable build plate adds another critical element for precision and easiness to work with.

Stealth press uses KEY-BAK key reel with kevlar belt loop to ensure longevity (proven to last more than 1 million pulls) and has some other quirks, features, and QoL improvements compared to similar projects.
