Why Hardened Plated Copper?
Plated copper upgrades are the most cost effective way to increase the range of 3D printer filaments used on your 3D printer when wanting to print high temperature filaments. These heater blocks are a direct OE aftermarket replacement with some of the best cost to quality ratio in the market.
This Heater Block is developed to handle well above 500°c. The high temperature copper alloy can help conduct and hold awesome print temperatures unlike most heater blocks and the nickel plating helps reduce adhesion of your filaments to the heater block.
This heater block is made to be the all-in-one option that will outlast the printer itself.
Along with PLA, ASA, ABS, TPU, PETG etc. Some filaments this will allow you to print are;

Additional information
To print high temp materials, your first step is obtaining a nozzle that can handle the temperatures required. We sell plated copper and hardened nozzles for a broad application.
Please note that if you are printing above 280°c available silicone socks will start to fail and it is recommended that you print without one.
